I wrote my first album after losing my sister. I didn't fully understand it then, but that was the beginning of what this music would always be — a way to hold what's hard, and to find a certain peace on the other side of it.

The albums that followed have traced my life ever since. Music about learning to accept yourself. Music inspired by places that filled me with awe. A quiet forest to rest in when the world feels loud. Songs my wife and I wrote together for our son's wedding. Even one album where I surprised everyone, including myself.
